Career
After successfully completing his studies in human medicine at the University of Vienna in 2003 and his first professional stations in the USA, Dr. Andreas Hofschneider worked as an assistant physician in several specialized clinics in German-speaking countries.
In 2011, he obtained his specialist title in internal medicine, followed by specialist work (with emergency physician work) in German clinics with a general medical focus or specialization in the field of internal medicine.
From 2015, Dr. Hofschneider worked as a senior physician in internal medicine and cardiology at Medical Park Bad Wiessee under Prof. Dr. Christian Firschke. In parallel, he received his license to specialize in cardiology in 2016. Since April 2018, he has headed the internal medicine department of the Jägerwinkel Private Clinic as chief physician.
Dr Hofschneider has been Medical Director of the Jägerwinkel Private Clinic since 1 January 2024.
